Every business wants the speed and usability of modern hosted store platforms like Shopify, but fast-growing brands frequently hit painful barriers: restricted checkout customization, recurring transaction cuts, third-party lock-in, and friction when connecting local payment systems or domestic delivery carriers. On the flip side, coding an online store from scratch requires months spent reinventing the same foundational mechanics—product trees, carts, coupons, auth, and order lifecycles.
We engineered this customizable eCommerce platform to bridge that exact gap. Designed as a modular solution accelerator, it provides an enterprise-ready foundation right out of the box. Businesses can launch rapidly with a proven storefront and back-office management suite, complete with end-to-end Indian logistics through Shiprocket and secure checkout via Razorpay, while enjoying the flexibility to customize workflows and rules to match their specific retail model.
The Challenge
When engineering an eCommerce platform designed for rapid adaptation across different retail sectors, our architecture had to solve several core technical and operational challenges:
- Boilerplate Fatigue: Re-implementing catalog hierarchies, faceted filtering, customer auth, and checkout mechanics for every client wastes months of engineering budget.
- SaaS Lock-in & Fee Creep: Typical hosted platforms take percentage-based revenue cuts on top of gateway fees and block direct access to database tables or backend customization.
- Shipping Friction & Pincode Rejections: Without live carrier APIs, stores struggle with flat-rate shipping errors, inaccurate delivery estimates, and orders accepted for unserviceable postal codes.
- Payment Drops & Webhook Reconciliation: Payment failures, unhandled drop-offs, or missed webhook events often lead to untracked payments or lost orders during checkout.

Clean Architecture & CQRS Backend
Engineered with ASP.NET Core 8 Web API using Clean Architecture. MediatR separates read queries from write commands, supported by FluentValidation and explicit EF Core differential updates to prevent collection churn and database lock contention.
High-Speed MVC Storefront
Built with ASP.NET Core MVC for rapid initial page loads and natural SEO discovery. Includes responsive catalog navigation, live search, faceted category filters, guest and registered cart sessions, and a streamlined multi-step checkout.
Angular Admin Management Suite
A single-page Angular application for store operators. Features real-time dashboards for catalog maintenance, multi-currency price updates, stock replenishment, order status fulfillment, and promotional coupon configurations.
Enterprise SQL Server Foundation
A relational schema built with Microsoft SQL Server, structured for high-concurrency order placement, ACID transaction safety, inventory locking, and zero data loss under spike traffic.

Razorpay Payment Processing
End-to-end integration with Razorpay supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Includes server-side cryptographic signature verification and webhook listeners to ensure zero payment discrepancies or orphaned carts.
Shiprocket Logistics & Tracking
Direct API integration with Shiprocket for instant pincode serviceability checks, real-time courier rate calculations, estimated delivery timelines at checkout, and automated shipping order sync.
